It is a popular Moroccan dish, with a combination of Berber, Arab, and Ottoman influences. It usually contains meat, such as lamb, chicken, or beef, and vegetables, with spices such as turmeric, coriander, and cumin.

How to make shabiyat

Shabiyat is a popular Middle Eastern dish that is typically eaten with a side of pita bread. It is made of eggs, flour, and water. There are many variations of shabiyat, but the most common is the Egyptian style, to make Egyptian shabiyat, you need to beat the eggs, add flour and mix until it’s nice and smooth. Then, you add enough water to make a batter that’s not too thick and not too thin. After that, you put a small amount of oil in the pan and heat it up. When the oil is hot, pour some of the batter in, let it cook for about a minute, and then flip it over.
