You’ll need: – Dates – Hummus – Olive oil – Sea salt – Ground black pepper – Chopped pistachios – Chopped walnuts – Chopped almonds Cut the dates in half and, using a spoon, take the seeds out.

Dates are known to be rich in vitamins and minerals. They are also a good source of fiber, contain a variety of antioxidants and are low in sugar. So why not try a date with some hummus? Hummus is a delicious and healthy way to spice up your daily lunch routine. Pack a container of hummus, some vegetable sticks and a whole wheat pita for a satisfying meal that is low in calories. How to make Arabic hummus

Arabic cuisine has so many great recipes, and one of the most popular ones is hummus. It is a great dish for parties because it is quick to make, cheap and delicious. To make the dish, you will need chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, and salt. The first step is to cook the chickpeas for about 45 minutes. Next, mash the chickpeas in a blender, adding the garlic, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil and salt. After that, you can serve it.

What you’ll need: – 1 can of chickpeas – 1 tbsp. of tahini – 1 tbsp. of lemon juice – 1 clove of garlic – 1/8 tsp. of salt – 1/2 cup of olive oil – 1/2 tsp. of cumin – 1 tsp. of paprika – 1/4 tsp. of ground cayenne pepper – 1/4 tsp. of ground coriander – 1/4 tsp. of ground allspice – 1/4 tsp.  Making it is a relatively easy process, but can take a little time. There are many different ways of making hummus, but this recipe is for making a traditional Arabic style.
