I’ve found that the best way to get yourself in the mood for summer is to eat some fried zucchini. They’re a lot of work, but they’re worth it. Frying zucchini is a quick and easy way to prepare this healthy vegetable. The following are the steps for frying zucchini: -Choose a high-temperature cooking oil with a high smoke point (Ex: vegetable oil, grape seed oil, avocado oil).

Preheat the pan over medium-high heat -Cut the zucchini into long, thin strips -Coat the zucchini strips with the cooking oil -Add the zucchini strips to the pan and cook until they are browned and crispy. You could also top it with parmesan cheese, chili powder, and fresh basil. This is a great way to add some flavor to your zucchini and make it a little more interesting!

How To Store Zucchini

If you’re looking for a way to store zucchini without all the hassle of finding a way to keep them fresh for longer than a few days, we have the perfect solution! Zucchini are already grown in the summer when it’s hotter out, and they can’t handle cold temperatures. So, to store them, they need to be kept at room temperature, or they won’t stay fresh as long. First, wrap them in paper towels to soak up the excess moisture. Then, store them in a sealed container, and they’ll stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.

With zucchini season right around the corner, you’ll need to know how to store zucchini properly in order to preserve freshness. The key to storing zucchini is to keep it away from heat and humidity, which can cause it to spoil quickly. It is best to store zucchini in a cool, dry place and to use it as quickly as possible.
